Competency Mapping & Assessment
Competency & Assessment is the ingredient that contributes to our excellence. Based on the requirement for a particular role, the candidate is put through an ability and psychometric test that helps portray his skills and characteristics. At each level of process specific training, a quantifiable ability test is conducted to measure the skill and knowledge of the candidate that is critical in doing the job.
Continuous training and development forms the foundation for building a quality conscious and highly productive team. Our training department has a dedicated team specialized in various training methodologies & techniques to train new joiners and existing team members to groom them for the next level of growth. Knack’s training leads are trained via Dale Carnegie program of Train the Trainer.
Knack provides all of its employees plenty of resources to develop their interest, further their careers and stay challenged and energized throughout their careers. Eligible candidates of Knack’s workforce are given a chance to take advantage of the organizations internal and certification training programs like Six Sigma, CPC (Certified coding) etc.
